Description | A new find of Roman provincial disc openwork fibula enlarges a relatively low number of this type fibulae in Bohemia. Based on the comparative analysis, the brooch can be dated between the second half of the 2nd century to the first half of the 3rd century. The ornamentation corresponds with the openwork fittings which are mainly known from Roman military contexts. |
