| Description | The aim of this chapter is to describe the specifics of the situations of elderly drug users, who often have many serious chronic health complications, do not have a stable background or sufficient financial income. The chapter highlights the lack of care strategy for aging drug users and seniors with addiction, whose situation in the Czech Republic has not yet been conceptually addressed. Therefore, the chapter presents proposals for possible solutions, based on examples of good practice from foreign experience, which most often connects the field of housing, health care, and uses elements of participation. |
