| Description | In my paper I dealt with work with hermeneutic horizons. I suggested proceeding in three steps. First we need to establish the existence of the horizon, then find the reason for its existence, and then we can overcome it. I tried to show the procedure on the example of Kant's ethics. I demonstrated that in the Czech environment we focus only on the formal side of his ethics. This corresponds to the existence of translations of Kant's books, which may therefore be the reason for the existence of the horizon. In the last step, I showed that beyond our horizon lies the material part of Kant's ethics. |
