Description | The development of communicative competence has been regarded as the highest learning goal for foreign language teaching. Foreign language learning is seen here as an action-oriented process, the goal of which is to be able to act in a linguistically appropriate way. A crucial role is played by the concept of speech acts, which is located in functional pragmatics. The presentation briefly introduces a bi-national project (Austria-Czech Republic) and presents the creation phase of the arches for observing the language level using relevant language actions in selected scenarios including piloting. These are the DaF lessons at a Czech Gymnasiun and the DaF teacher training course. |
