| Description | Enterprise risk management is a process systematically and in a complex way identifying critical risks, quantifying the impact of their potential realization and implementing integrated strategies, considering maximization of the company value. The aim of this scientific article is to analyze specific aspects of enterprise risk management in the insurance company under conditions of the Czech insurance market, and to analyze differences between enterprise risk management and a standard risk management. In the article, partial results achieved in the frame of research program MSM 6215648904 are solved, in relation to goals and methodology of the given research aim. |
