Description Constructed device utilizing both flat sheet and spiral wound membranes can be used for solutes concentration in water sample at pressure up to 12 bars. Suitable membranes are from simple paper to the densest reverse osmosis membranes. Functionality of the concentration process in this device was confirmed using flat sheet reverse osmosis membrane Dow Filmtec BW30LE and spiral wound reverse osmosis membrane TW30-1812-75, where the conductivity of feed sample and the concentrate were assessed, and the permeate and concentrate flow rates or pressure in the system were evaluated. The result was developed for implementation of the production.
