Description | Developing intercultural communicative competence (ICC) represents one of the aims of teaching and learning foreign languages listed in contemporary curricular and strategic documents. Whether and how ICC is being developed is manifested in the teaching-learning process itself as well as in its outcomes. The presented paper introduces methodology of the research which examines the manifestation of developing ICC in writing in English at basic school and pre-research outcomes. The aim of the pre-research was to design data-gathering and data-analysing tools and pilot Modification of the existing methodology was consequently suggested and implemented on the basis of research outcomes in order to be used in the actual research. |
