Description This text focuses on the activities of the Court concerning the interpretation of the EU law, specifically in terms of an extensive interpretation. The issue of the extensive interpretation will be examined primarily in terms of a distinction between the extensive interpretation and the interpretation that reaches beyond the applicable law, in the field of actual law-making. In connection with the potential extension of the interpretation beyond the border of law-making will be further examined the variable position of the Court of Justice of the EU, which is different from its position established in primary law because of the extension of the possibilities of interpretation of the law.
