| Description | The paper is focused on questions of the relationship of the administrative code and the code of administrative procedure. It deals with both general issues of both of these interrelated procedural legal provisions, and in addition, it addresses selected issues of the relationship of the administrative code and the code of administrative procedure. Namely, in doing so points to some of the contact moments of both the procedural modifications and their impacts on the decisions of the administrative authorities, and further measures of a general nature. |
