| Description | People with physical disabilities at the labour market face a lot of obstacles. Some are caused by the limits which are the consequence of their disability or barriers in the surrounding, some by working conditions or by attitudes of the employers or the public. In this workshop the outcomes of researches analysing readiness and work experience of adult people with physical disabilities will be presented. We focused on the present experience, areas of work, motivation for searching of job and obstacles. According to the research the obstacles arise not only from physical barriers but also caused by approach of the public. |
