| Description | Social services are currently the centre point of professional public - service providers, but and it is also in centre stage of clients - consumers of social services. Significant part of the activities of law, local government and non-governmental organizations are defined at the national level. One of the tools of social services is day care, which is mainly used by the elderly. Due to the problem of aging population, this tool is currently greatly discussed at the local level. The aim of this report is to assess contemporary trends in the provision of care services - particularly at the municipal level (on the example of the city of Brno). |
