| Description | Reasoning of an administrative decision and access to this originally pure procedural term don´t have completely fixed position under the current conditions of Czech public administration. Our contribution shows movements of the pendulum which is stabilizing only slowly in this issue (from formal to the material conception but not in an excessive way). The contribution also deals with some theoretical considerations to reserves and potential of the reasoning, using a partial comparison with the concepts of Austria and Germamy, which are connected with Czech republic by historical background, but under conditions of different development. |
