Description | The Czech POINT project represents a highly visible national e-government initiative that brought innovation through the incremental interconnection of some public services which are now being provided mainly by physical one-stop shops. This project made public administration more accessible to citizens and businesses and enhanced the ability of central government to coordinate the processes of public service delivery. The growing network of contact points, including the participation of private sector institutions such as banks, has brought new challenges. |
