| Description | The paper focuses on the relation between proper property management of public law legal entities and good public administration, the relation which is often (and unjustifiably) neglected. It is of high importance to ensure that the principle of proper properte management of public law legal entities will take the position in the system of good administration principles which corresponds to its importance. On the basis of a brief critical analyses of the Czech legal regulation of public property management and disposing of the property in question, which shows its unsatisfactory state, the paper (inter alia) stresses out and justifies in adequate way why it is (in principle) yet impossible to meet the principle of good public properte management in the Czech Republic. |
