| Description | This chapter analyzes societal approaches to individuals with disabilities according to the typology of Simi Linton. In our research, we argue that society does not develop from restrictive to inclusive but uses several approaches to deal with the issues of disability at the same time. Examples of practical application of these approaches in education and everyday lives of people with disabilities are presented. |
