Description This paper presents research that dealt with the analysis of the incidence of chronic diseases among pupils in primary schools in the Czech Republic from the perspective of educators. There are also theoretical background matters and selected results of the research. The knowledge gained closer to the current situation of chronically ill pupils in elementary schools in the Czech Republic.
