Description | The increase in temperature causes the decomposition of the oxide shell of silver nanoparticles. The subsequent nanoparticle aggregation effect has the potential for soldering. Silver nanoparticles were chemical synthesis and characterized by standard meth electron microscopy. The substrates were made in temperature regimes to simulate the solder joints. In this paper microstructures and mechanical properties of joint studied. |
