Description We can consider working environment as one of the educational realities where the processes of learning and teaching take place (comp. Průcha, 2009a in Průcha ed., 2009, s. 13-14). A goal of this presentation is to describe how social pedagogy graduates learn to professional role, if the professional role of social pedagogue does not exist right now. We can also say that in the Czech republic we do not have an uniform content of education refered to this field of study (comp. Kraus, 2008). We can assume that social pedagogy graduates learn a professional role after they enter a concrete workplace. Within this presentation I focus on strategies that are applied by social pedagogy graduates within the workplace of concrete non-profit organization.
