Modern societies are grappling with unprecedented challenges, ranging from the integration of refugees and the mental health crises among youth to systemic barriers in policy reform and the well-being of social workers themselves. These issues are multifaceted and deeply rooted in the intricate web of societal structures, necessitating a more holistic, integrative approach for effective resolution (Pyles, Adams 2015).
