The project of research and development pays attention to the analysis of Czech economy in the context of its institutional framework and in the setting of integration trends as well as to the analysis of the effects, which the economy introduces into the behaviour of the society. The effects comprise particularly the problems of institutional anchoring of Czech economy and pressures exerted on labour flexibility, and new forms and methods of work organization, differentiating level of working conditions including interaction of tax and benefit systems, marginalization on the labour market and emerging income differences in different group of population. In elaborating the project, analyses and comparisons of statistical data of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, EU and OECD statistics, secondary analyses of available studies and some field research. Conclusions of the projects contribute to formulation of a future economic policy of the Czech state and they are focused on social policy measures, higher efficiency and labour productivity of organizations, on measures in the area of working conditions, as well as prevention of social risks.
