Attendance at the conference is mandatory for all PhD students, both in the form of presenting the results of their research themselves and as audience members for presentations by other colleagues. The conference is also open to all academic staff and students in Master's or Bachelor's degree programmes as an audience.

The deadline for submission of abstracts is 17 October 2023. The conference will take place in person. The presentations will be delivered in English. It is not possible to participate online.
