Bachelor’s degree in Studies in European Economy, Public Administration and Culture is designed as an interfaculty program whose aim is to prepare generally educated experts for important areas of Czech integration to the European integration process. These important areas are mainly considered to be economic (Faculty of Economics and Administration), juridical (Faculty of Law) and culturally-educational issues (Faculty of Arts). The field of study is designed as a study of different aspects of the European integration process that are taught and researched at cooperating faculties. These are above all areas connected with the economic integration and managing public administration institutions. Within this context, relevant administrative and juridical disciplines are studied, together with examining individual regions within the EU from the cultural and historical point of view. Graduates are expected to meet the demand for professional profile of the European institutions’ employees. Therefore, an emphasis is put on graduates’ language skills and on working experience in public administration institutions.
Thanks to the expert contents of the field of study, the graduates will meet the requirements to work directly in the European integration structures.
